first pic told you that you have a java x86 (32bit) installed and you try to start a java application (MA) compiled for 64bit. Install a 64bit java version and make sure you start MA with that java or download MA as 32bit version, whatever fit your system better.

i had this problem - long story short (what Bjoern Schmidt said) download the x64 bit version of java https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp, scroll down and select "Windows Offline (64-bit)"
