#595 My Cards view missing the "All" Group.

First off, thank you very much for making this software, I've been using it for years!

I have recently updated from v1.4.x to version 1.5.1 and noticed that the "My Cards" view no longer has the "All" group that encompases everything. This was very useful to quickly see how many cards you have or see the value of your entire collection and more. I would really like this see this feature back.

The total number of cards should be shown on status bar now

Thanks for your reply! I'm wondering why I never noticed that before, this is neat! If the All category is not coming back, do you think it would be possible for the status bar to also display the total value of the collection?

There is actually All category if you switch to diffrent presentation, not table
Or you use Collector view for that

Sorry I guess it won't help with total price, but this is show on Info tab of a Deck/Collection
