Please re-install version whatever you had for 32 bits and do not use updated, I won't be posing any more updates for 32 bits for 1.4..
I do support 1.3 release for 32 bit, only critical bugs fixes (and web page format changes)

I dropped support for 32 windows for 1.4...

I'll need to install the 64bit version of java.
If you use .msi installer it comes with java I think (or any of the zip that is larger than 100M)
