Is there a way to add extra columns? One for foils and one for promos. this way when you select a card that you have say 6 copies of you can have 3 foils and 1 promo listed. example image I made in a spreadsheet
No columns but specific items are suppose to be added via Special column
Lets say you have pile of 4 cards now and 3 are foils,
first split the pile into 3 and 1
enable Special column
select line with 3 cards and add "foil" keyword in Special column
If there are happened to be "promo" at the same time, type "foil, promo" (wthout quotes)
Filters support filtering by these keywords

Yep knew about that. Just hate having multiple piles so to speak of the same card and it makes it hard when exporting. Where as a count Column for fools and promos would sharing the list.

No I will definitely not go this route, because extra counters on the same
pile would make it impossible to split/move properly.
You can use extra groupping to group these cards, in which case it will
be shown on one line (i.e. if you group by Set)

Using Own Count you can see how many of each pile and how many total.
You can also group them by name.
