#361 Change/adapt sorting by cost on MTG Database tab

On the MTG Database tab, there is the Group By drop-down button. This is a great feature! Thanks.

Using the group by, when grouping by cost, it is ordered in alphanumeric, which means the order ends up being
0, 1, 10, 10000000, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

Would it be possible to either sort them as numbers, or add a leading 0 to the single digits?

Sorry, this isn't clear. I'm referring to when grouping by cost, then sorting by name.

Why don't you sort by Cost column instead? Name is always sorts alphanumerically
