I have noticed that in the set filter window that there is a column for the set's release date.
Would it be possible to add this column as an option for the main view?
I would like this feature so that I could sort by date ( and sub sort by collector's number ) To see the order that my cards were released in , so that I could order them that way in a binder.

I had thought that the CardID value might work to sort cards by the order they were released, but sadly the CardIDs are not assigned entirely sequentially.

Yes that would be an excellent option. Doing it the way you mentioned would eliminate the need for an additional column that most people would likely only want to sort by , not see the values of.
Yes, that is a good idea. I think that most people would only want to sort by the date value , not have a column to view the date values, so having an option to sort the set column by release date would be much cleaner.
At the end it was easier to add another column, so I added "Release Date" column
Its off by default. Fix available in 1.3.1.1 (published via update site)
