Is there any way to implement a process to add a card manually? A lot of the specialized promo cards are not in Gatherer. (such as the Sunblast Angel wal-mart promo)

Implement by who? Yes I can add this feature, I was thinking about it recently...
For you technically you do it too it is just xml files in a folder, but you won't see pictures because there is no way to add pics manully

The first link given has them under Promos on the far right at the top.
The particular one I was talking about was there, so I assume it is
probably fairly complete

I added support in latest version. There is a option 'Update Database' when you do an import. So if you import in format that MA understand you can import any kind of cards (without images though). I will keep it open to see if I can covert cards from magiccardsinfo myself.

Hi,
would it be possible for you to add the "Hachette Encyclopedia Inserts" edition in the database ? I would appreciate to add some of these cards in my collection with the right edition if possible.
This edition is present on magiccardsinfo site, at least in the french section.
