#39 Missing some executables from mingw-w64 binutils packages

I couldn't help but notice that some executables with in the (I haven't checked 64bit side as right now I do not have a 64bit system) are missing certain executables namely nm.exe
I only noticed as when trying to compile libpeas it was trying to run nm, so I got curious and checked the /mingw32 prefix and it was missing.

Mind you this is an entirely complete new setup and not an existing one.

Install the i686 toolchain group. Did you try ldd yet?

I did one better. I reinstalled my operating system. The whole system is clean

Hmm extreme! It would've been good to get to the bottom of it but hopefully
it's all ok now.

Actually no. It's still generating the dll issue and the latest binutils package IS missing various executables, I had to downgrade to the -6 package

Yeah I see issue too. Now it fixed in -8 package.
