I am integrating msys2 for harfbuzz CI. Is there any clean way avoid hard coding of release date (20150512) for downloading msys2 base?

Just to clearing it up, I meant it would be nice if there was a permanent link (a 302 redirect link) for downloading msys2-base instead hard coded links like http://kent.dl.sourceforge.net/project/msys2/Base/x86_64/msys2-base-x86_64-20150512.tar.xz that contains 20150512 which will be changed and broken sooner or later.

Any thought guys? I did this for another project that was interested on CI testing on Windows and resolving hardcoded installer version would be nice for it also.
