When updating the system, with pacman -Su, I get these:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
crypt: /usr/share/doc/MSYS/crypt.README exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Version of crypt that was going to be installed:
libcrypt-1.1-3-x86_64
crypt-1.1-3-x86_64

(Deleting the file solves the issue, nonetheless it should be fixed.)

You can just pass "--force" to pacman
