Not sure if it is the same issue, but I was unable to get PyMOL to load
PyQt.  The PyMOL build was pretty much a 1:1 port from linux (literally 
each command transformed from linux to Windows/Msys2 format) but when 
the program started it would never pick up Qt and always fell back to 
Tk/Tcl.

If somebody could point me to a tiny PyQt example known to work in Msys2 
that would be a big help.
