#13 Line numbers in the editor become invisible for larger fonts and line number update issues

Hello Zoltan,

If I set the internal editor to use a larger font (16pt), then the line numbers don't fully show anymore.

I also regularly see that a small vertical columns of text remainders stay near the line number area when the cursor is at the end of the document and I'm hitting enter/return a few times.

An effect also seen when keeping enter pressed some time (so that the lines scroll off the screen), is that the line numbers don't update. Only after [Ctrl]+[Home], [Ctrl]+[End] they update again.

An update: I noticed that the vertical column with pixels/leftovers/clippings of the current text is caused by the line number bar becoming wider (when more digits need to fit). Probably related to a refresh issue.

Thanks. I have made all sorts of fixes to line numbering. Now it should adapt to font size, ctrl+mousewheel zooming and redraw appropriately. I will upload a new release soon.
