[Mrviewer-news] mrViewer v3.8.6 is available

mrViewer v3.8.6 is available.   This version adds supports for still 
camera's raw formats (Cannon's .crw, dng, etc) and for Arnold's .tx format.

The whole coordinate system has been reversed so that the left bottom 
corner is 0,0 instead of the top left corner as before. This is to make 
it more similar to Nuke and Natron.

The GLSL shaders have been bug fixed and they all support scale and 
offset of 3d texture map lookups.

In order to support the new features, we upgraded our compilers to 
VC2015 on Windows and gcc-4.9 on Linux.
