mrViewer v3.8.4 is now out.  It contains the first attempt at OCIO 
support and a new Move Picture tool.

To use OCIO instead of CTL, set the environment variable OCIO to the 
location of your config.ocio file and then fire up mrViewer. It will 
have an OCIO menu with the RMB menus.
