[Mrviewer-news] mrViewer v3.8.2

mrViewer v3.8.2 is out.  This is mainly a bug fix release for Windows 7 
and Vista compatibility which had gotten broken with the change of 
Visual C compiler.

In addition to that, there are now hotkeys for most window popups and a 
new Actions preference to have it set what tool the Left Mouse Button 
starts in (scrubbing, area selection, drawing, etc).
