[Mrviewer-news] mrViewer v3.2.8

mrViewer v3.2.8 is now out.  This release updates our windows and linux 
compilers, so let us know if there are any issues.

The release also contains a memory bug fix for long videos or 4K 
videos.  There's also support for persistant scrubbing hotkeys.
