When running reports when you select a area it dosnt filter in the match area.

    Sorry, I'm not quite sure what you mean. You should be able to type anything into the "Match area" field and then when you run the report you will only get reports for areas that match the text in the area field.

    yeah, thats the thing. i am "Match vehicle" for everything. not just the area i ma typing in.

    Yes, that's the way it works. You are actually able to type anything into the Match Area and Match Room boxes. For example if you had areas called "Building 1", "Building 2", "Garage 1" and "Garage 2", you could type "Garage" for Match Area and your report would cover all bookings in "Garage 1" and "Garage 2".

    It might of course be simpler and less confusing to present these fields as select elements instead of datalists and allow multiple selections, but that would be something for the future.
