just downloaded this application and cannot find the setup file. please advice on steps to follow to get started and install the application on my pc.
It's not a Windows application that you install. MRBS is written in PHP and therefore runs within a PHP-enabled website.
I'd suggest you read the INSTALL file in the download, which is also available on the web:
