#317 How to get ics working with Lotus Notes

I found that the ics attachment did not work with my Lotus Notes client v8.5.1. To fix, I had to change the Method attribute in the ics to PUBLISH. This is done in the functions_ical.inc lines 1221 and in funcations_mail.inc line 934. FYI, I might make this into a configuration variable at some point but this is the quick and dirty way.

However, I do notice that when deleting a meeting, the ics that is attached for that event does not correctly remove the event from the Lotus Notes calendar. I am trying to figure out why.

I've tested IBM Notes client Social Edition Release 9.0.1 and everything works OK there when I point it at a non-Domino server.
