Great idea, a lot of places could really benefit from systems such as the MRBS. but just lack the technical expertise to get it all going. Definitely not an un-ethical practice, if you are seriously worried about it, just ensure that the places which request more information are informed that they are paying for your technical expertise, time and the resources of having the server, and not for the actual software itself. Perhaps even make it an "open-source hosting" package. I hope you are successful with your enterprise.
