[MRBS-general] adding new access level in mrbs

Hi,
  
  Anybody can advise me on how to change the access level in mrbs?  currently there's level 0 (can only view), level 1 (can book), level 2  (administration). 
  
  I'm looking at having an access level that can only book rooms in a  particular area. e.g. users with access level 0.5 can only book rooms  in area A. It will mean an additional configuration to state which  users can is allocated to which area for booking.
  
  Not sure if someone has done something similar to this before? Pls help.
