Much less than the minimum you can buy.

It all depends on how much you book, how efficient your DBMS stores data
and how long you are going to keep the data around (how far back to store
bookings).

Just use some ballpark figure like 100 megabyte and that will be more than
enough, and not a factor for cost savings.
