As I say, that's not part of standard MRBS. You'd have to modify it yourself to achieve that, which would probably be my removing the description field from the edit_entry form and populating it yourself by doing an SQL query to find the room image. And you'd also have to worry about HTML escaping of the link in reports and email messages.
