Hi Joachim,

I’m sorry, I’m afraid my coding skills aren’t that advanced, I was really
just trying to add advice in terms of what a tennis club user would want. 

Ad 3. – we included that option as mandatory as this encouraged people to
sign up to the courtbooker, for all its obvious advantages, ie others in a
match get an email notification of a new match as well as
additions/deletions.. It also meant that we were working with pretty much
100% accurate email addresses, for communicating with our members, which was
key to us.

many thanks for your hints. I try make my comments to your points:

ad 1.) à username and password is given by our CMS system Joomla.

ad 3.) every namebooker can book one hour – therefore only one name is
necessary.

ad 5.) yes this option is good – where you have implemented this option? The
maximum day option is not necessary for us because there shell only be the
option to make ONE booking in the future – if this reservation is 2 months
in the future it doesn’t matter.

ad 6.) yes also implemented in our system

ad 7.) where can I set this option?

ad 8.) not necessary at the moment – but where can this be done?
