OK – I understand now.   The name of the player is in the brief description.

 

This is something that I think will be unique to your situation.   However
if I make the test against the creator, then it will be very easy for you to
change it so that it tests against the namebooker/brief description field
instead.

Ok – I try to make a clearer explanation:

We decided in our tennis club to limit the maximum time to play to one hour.
This means that every player can make ONE reservation in the future(unique
with the input in the namebooker field – not the login name à namebooker is
in german “kurzbeschreibung” – this is a little bit confusing. This is
necessary because it shell be possible for “normal” registered users to make
a reservation also for a collegue. If this would cause some violation we
also have the opportunity that the admin users can delete this entries. In
our club we only have 100 members where everyone knows each other – so I
think the violation thing shell not be the problem.
