I would like a feature developed which allows a user to
specify what hours a specific meeting room can be
booked by users.
For example, the main conference room can only
accept appointments from 9:00am-10:00am and 2:00pm-
5:00pm on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays and Tuesdays from 9:00am-
This feature would work as follows:
- Allowable hours would be defined with the same
options as the "Add Entry screen".
- The blocked out times would not be reflected in the
reporting as hours booked.
- Each room can have its own "Open Booking" times
