style.inc sets robots noindex but not nofollow

Hello,
While preparing a robots.txt to prevent unnecessary crawling of our MRBS installation, I noticed MRBS sets the robots meta tag for noindex but not nofollow. Is this omission intentional? Without nofollow, the crawler wanders endlessly into past/future calendars, but never indexes anything. The only exception I can think of is if a reservation links to off-site content, but I wouldn't expect MRBS to hold the only reference to such content.
It seems like style.inc should set the robots meta tag to "noindex, nofollow" instead, to prevent crawling entirely.
I've now fixed this in Rev 2832. The other exception I can see is the link from the header to the organisations's home page, but again that won't be the only reference to it and it doesn't seem worth the overhead of adding a rel="nofollow" attribute to all internal links.
