[mpg123-users] mpg123 version 1.22.4, re-enabling free format support

Hi folks,

with mpg123 version 1.14.1, free format support got broken by a bugfix.
Classic regression. The release of mpg123 1.22.4 fixes that and a
regression test has been added to the repository.
