Hi folks,

I just released mpg123 1.22.3 to get the fix for bug 216 out, avoiding
spurious surrogate detection with UTF-16 in ID3v2 data.

There are some interesting changes in trunk awaiting release with the
next feature version, which shall include libout123 and general build
system fixup (non-recursive make).
