The 'time' command (I really mean /usr/bin/time, as that gives you
additional info) needs to be prependet to your mpg123 command to
report, after that one finishes, how much resources it has used.

Your 'free' info shows that only 37220 KiB of 445824 KiB are used.
That's below 10 %. The majority of RAM is used for disk buffers. That's
normal, Linux doesn't like to leave RAM to waste;-)

The +/- buffers/cache line is the importand one.

And about the screenshots: It really would be preferred if you captured
the text console output as plain text.
