I hit the wall here, I'm afraid. I don't know anything about Pascal (nor
Delphi for that matter). It may be an issue in the pascal runtime library.
Does basic handles (stdin, stdout) work? Also, I'd make sure that on
Windows the InHandle is really the handle mpg123 expects, i.e. an integer
file descriptor.
