here a patch to set API_VERSION in cmake, to define MPG123_API_VERSION when mpg123.h is generated.

Yeah, would you be so kind to extend & test this for @SYNAPI_VERSION@ (for src/libsyn123/syn123.h.in) and @OUTAPI_VERSION@, parsed from the like-named variables in configure.ac? Or am I missing something in that those are not missing?
