#195 LFS wrapper not calling frame_buffers_reset()?

Someone dropped by in IRC with this blurb:

Hi, I've been investigating a bug in the libmpg123 version shipped with ubuntu
lucidy (32bit). It seems that when the LFS wrapper is active frame_buffers_reset()
isn't called (via frame_reset()) in mpg123_open_handle() and therefore mh->bsnum is
left uninitialized (which causes a crash). After having a quick look at the SVN
trunk I think this issue might still be unresolved. It doesn't affect my 64bit
system though (I guess there's no use for LFS support when all the ints are 64bits anyway)
