#22 Output file bigger than requested

The downstream boundary of the output file is bigger than
specified in the command ie the command :
mp3splt input.mp3 0.0 60.0 -o output.mp3 will create a file of
60'5.45" and the command :
mp3splt input.mp3 0.0 10.0 -o output.mp3 will create a file of
60'0.92".
It seems that the end is prolongated.
The file length has been checked with Noatun, Audacity and
mp3DirectCut (under Wine).

I don't know. It's a file recorded from a streaming radio (www.di.fm).
It seems (according to mpginfo) its header is not correct.
