#946 Very slove performance on some computer

Dears,
I am trying 1.3.0R2 64 bit portable. on ıt can be so slow on my computer. for example it takes 15 seconds to open. or ading transaction window opens in 10 seconds.
I tried it on my desktop it is working normal on it. When I tried the 1.2.7 64 bti portable it is working fine.

My OS is Windows 8.1 64 bit Professional.

I also tested the latest version 1.30 with the same result.
Confirm the strange slowness despite being in a I5 with Windows 7 64bits and 4Gb of RAM.
Previous version works flawessly ( 1.27)

I had the same problem when I start testing v1.3.0 and it turned out that it was network related. When I turned off Usage statistics (MMEX Options -> Network -> uncheck 'Send anonymous statistics usage data') things went back to normal.

BTW, I tried the (MMEX Options -> Network -> uncheck 'Send anonymous statistics usage data) trick and it works just fine.
I can now login on MMEX in a split of a second. :-)
