I'm using Mac OS X and I wanted to draw attention to add the icon as a separate file (in the icns, ico or png format). Currently the zip archive with the program does not have this file. I do not use Windows so I did not have a program icon (which is built into an executable exe file). I only simply wanted to make a shortcut with a icon. I worked it out making a icon from a png image (logo3.png) available at http://mobac.sourceforge.net/

If I get it right you want me to add the icon into the ZIP archive that can be downloaded in the files section here on Sourceforge.net. I am not familiar with OSX and therefore don't see a reason for putting an icon in the ZIP archive. Please explain for what purpose it should be included into the zip file.

I am sorry but I don't really understand what you are asking for. Can you be a little more verbose and describe what should be placed where and why?

YES - add the icon into the ZIP archive that can be downloaded in the files section. The attached image should explain the rest.
I have converted the Windows icon using the service of http://iconverticons.com into the file mobac.icns (see result: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/mobac/code/trunk/MOBAC/misc/mobac.icns ) which will be included in the release zip file.
thanks.
