I am sorry but this is out of scope of MOBAC. MOBAC is designed to work with raw image data. Most atlas formats directly use the raw images retrieved from the map sources and do not apply any image manipulation on it. This is the reason MOBAC is so fast.
Custom calibration requires advanced mathematics and detailed knowledge about the different map projections. Knowledge I don't have. Therefore such a feature is not on my to-do list.
