unusable / corrupted layer on Trekbuddy tared atlas when complete names >...

Through an update of my Trekbuddy (www.trekbuddy.net) on Symbian and Android and using an older atlas' seldom used layer, I discovered that the layer could not be selected. Contacting the developer of TB, he found out that the structure of the created MoBAC "cr.tar" was corrupt in that way, that files inside the directory hierarchy were shortend and e.g. misses the .map extension.
Reason is that the all-in-all pathlength got over the by specification allowed 100 characters, he told. The directory structure of the complete tar (including the layer directories and the data files .tar, .tmi) is complete and well.
Looks like you are writing novels in the layer and/or map names ;)
Anyway I added a check on GUI level and TAR creation level that does not allow to create such monsters file-names.
This "novel" was created on a growing map layer to show the real bounds of it.
Thank's for fixing.
