#1 Bits/(pixel*frame)+manual resolution change

I really miss that feature from gordianknot. Would it
be possible to implement that?

while bits/(pixel*frame) are quite useless, since quality
based on this value is total empiric... i take a note. Stay

The reason i request this feature is because it helps me to
achieve better quality despite it is empiric.
