I get the error in the attached screenshot when using MKExtractGUI-2.2.2.6 with mkvtoolnix 5.2.1.

It occurs when extracting the first track (usually video) but not when extracting the second track (usually audio). Please note that my renaming of the exe isn't the issue; it happens with its default name too.

Seems to be fixed in 2.2.2.7 but introduces another problem (see new bug).
