Last bugfix.

fixed a lot of bugs Steven M. Schultz sent to me.

Use sampleaspect instead of aspectratio

Added Y'CbCr to R'G'B' conversion.
Cleaned up a little bit.

-Finagled the Y4M library again...
o renamed "aspectratio" to "sampleaspect", and changed semantics to
refer to actual sample aspect ratio (rather than display aspect ratio).
o "y4m_aspect_*" constants have become a more accurate and complete set
of "y4m_sar_*" constants.
o Updated the few programs which used aspectratio.
-Cleaned up Y4M library useage in yuvfilters and yuvmedianfilter a little.

Added accidentally ommitted support for audio in SVCD stills streams.

Remove that CR LF, at the end of the line. Compiling was not possible, should work now fine.

Uploaded a fixed version of yuvmedianfilter compatible with the new format.
