MJPEG Tools Svn

Added the info for the EM28XX Software recording option. The patch was provied by RSTAM, in june/july 2011.

The attached patch makes sdl-gfx support configurable as well.

Fix the error:
ld: library not found for -lX11
Introduced by putting "-lX11" on a line by itself without ${X_LIBS} to give the -L/usr/X11/lib flag.
