Added a Patch posted by Martin, for a problem with the mmap check he posted at the 29.Mai.2011

Fixed the problem to the reference if config.h
That file is not installed, and not needed.

The attached patch makes sdl-gfx support configurable as well.

Fix the error:
ld: library not found for -lX11
Introduced by putting "-lX11" on a line by itself without ${X_LIBS} to give the -L/usr/X11/lib flag.

Change some things to the mjpegtools should compile now on a system where no X11 is installed. The libs added should now work proper for system withou X11 installed.
