Fix the error:
ld: library not found for -lX11
Introduced by putting "-lX11" on a line by itself without ${X_LIBS} to give the -L/usr/X11/lib flag.

Change some things to the mjpegtools should compile now on a system where no X11 is installed. The libs added should now work proper for system withou X11 installed.

The patch makes 3 libs configurable: ibXxf86dga, libsdl and gtk+

Changes the patch, it displays the configuration option now proper, and compiles according to the setup.

The other version caused a linking problem.
