MJPEG Tools Svn

1. hopefuly fixed green tint (again *sic*)...
2. fixed green lines on top and bottom when using extremly high
thresholds in the spatial filter...
3. some code clean-up (removed unused functions and comments)

Leading zeroes on error counts lead to ambiguity if the counts are octal.

Bugfix: crawling-dots and garbage in interlaced fields

Document the -w option of yuv2lav. yuv2lav can add an audio stream to the
output file. Thus lavaddwav is no longer needed and can/should go away.

A fix for the dotptr problem

A better fix for the output name problem

Added the output format setting when you add "mov" for quicktime.
Else AVI is assumed.
yuv2lav, now tells you at startup which output format is will create.
It did not do before. So you coud use ... | yuv2lav -q 80 -o file.mov
And end with a mjpeg encoded AVI !!! with the ending with mov

Fix compile errors:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I.. -I../utils -march=i686 -mcpu=i686 -g -O2 -Wall -Wunused -c sinc_interpolation.c

how many typos may be left...??? *argh*
