Document the -w option of yuv2lav. yuv2lav can add an audio stream to the
output file. Thus lavaddwav is no longer needed and can/should go away.

Added the output format setting when you add "mov" for quicktime.
Else AVI is assumed.
yuv2lav, now tells you at startup which output format is will create.
It did not do before. So you coud use ... | yuv2lav -q 80 -o file.mov
And end with a mjpeg encoded AVI !!! with the ending with mov

near perfect deinterlacing...

-> no black bars
-> no green lines
-> reconstruction of missing lines goes up to Kell-Factor

need to take out all that warnings to make it compile clean.

Added for Martin Samuelsson a patch.

You can now use now 1-10 inputs from a card. This is needed when you have a AverMedia 6 Eyes card.
