This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'Checkpoint-pre2pass'.

--display-vsize's short option is -y not -x in the usage summary.

Remove redundant chunk size constant. Adjust threading limit to suit
current striping-based parallelisation.

Extraneous reference to LIBDV_LIBS. It is not necessary to list both
liblavfile and libdv since liblavfile includes libdv. lav2yuv was using both,
so LIBDV_LIBS was removed from lav2yuv's dependencies.

Some small enhancements for the histogramm.
A first crude vectorscope, use the -v option.
The picture is shown correct, but flickering.
Also a description of the vectorscope is missing.

Add new predefined profiles for ATSC.
Implement initial setup routines for these in mpeg2enc (mplex TODO!)

Add parameters allow user-specified display-horizontal-size and display-vertical-size
Permit fractional Kbits for bitrate specifier.

Fix Bug causing very small MPEG-1 frames to be joined together and
ignored when calculating timing.

Fix excessive seek limit for picture coding extension
that allowed the next picture header to be skipped
if very very compact pictures are coded.

no bugs anymore? I doubt it...
