Add parameters allow user-specified display-horizontal-size and display-vertical-size
Permit fractional Kbits for bitrate specifier.

libquicktime 0.9.7 compatibility is no longer possible - the v210 codec
doesn't exist. Require > 0.9.7 now (0.9.8pre2 is available now).
