get rid of the gcc warnings:
y4munsharp.c:189: warning: use of `l' length character with `f' type character
by using %f instead of %lf in the mjpeg_log() calls.

Corrected out-by-one in new end-of-stream code
Added in correct splitting of closed GOPs.

Force prog_seq = 0 if 3:2 pulldown is specified!

forgot to uncomment some code, so top-field-first was not working...

Remnants of y4mtoqt being developed as an external program lingering. Need to
fix the #include use and CPPFLAGS so the program can be built without having
an earlier version of 1.9 installed.

Add the new qttoy4m program.

This doesn't quite work yet - but rather than revert the addition of qttoy4m
in Makefile.am check the source for this program in and debug it when
libquicktime's colormodel conversion (packed -> planar) is either fixed or
figured out.

Tidied and simplified calculation of input frame index
from encoding order index and temporal reference

Fixed Bug where GOP splitting could introduce a broken
closed GOP.

Add the new executable (y4mtoqt).

Add uncompressed 4:4:4 (v308) support, not overly useful since probably nothing
except FinalCutPro will want it.
