Added dynamic input frame buffering (more
suitable for multi-pass / look-ahead processing)
This also fixes a bug in the origina input frame buffering!

Use stderr instead of stdout so error messages can be seen rather than being
passed as invalid YUV4MPEG2 output to the next program in the pipeline (which
will then die with less than helpful information).

of going down the pipe. Errors that go to stdout cause the next program
to fail but with no meaningful error seen from y4mcolorbars.

gamma correction implemented (at least were it is most obviously when missing
-> in the temporal filter (smearing in dark areas))

begin to gamma correct (that is visualy correct...) thresholds...

fixed -t commandline to accept 0...255 instead of 1...255
